The services of the Internet platform www.EverestForex.com (hereinafter "Platform") are provided exclusively under consideration of the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to every user who uses the contents, offers and services the Platform provides (hereinafter "the User"). By registering on the Platform, the User formally accepts these Terms and Conditions which may be modified from time to time.

2.4 In addition to the complimentary use of the services, the User has the opportunity to register at various forex trade platforms which are not operated by EverestForex.com, by using the Platform. EverestForex.com will not be liable for the content and/or services provided by such forex trade platforms linked to by EverestForex.com. If the User is referred by EverestForex, these forex trade platforms can provide the User with a Bonus. The referral can be subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions, for example to pass a trade simulator game etc.
2.5 Creation of more than one account is not allowed neither on EverestForex.com nor on each of the linked forex trade platforms. Likewise, the User is entitled to receive the Bonus only once. Multiple registrations will therefore result in the withholding/reversal of the Bonus as well as the exclusion of the User. Furthermore, the User is only allowed to enter his own forex trade account of the respective forex trade platform.
2.6 Under certain conditions and according to the specific terms and conditions of the respective forex trade platform, the Bonus can be withdrawn by the forex trade platform from the account of the User held at the forex trade platform.
2.7 The terms and conditions of the respective forex trade platform apply regarding payments (e.g. cashing out the Bonus, any profits etc.). Payments are made solely by the forex trade platforms themselves. The User has no claims against EverestForex.com regarding payments.
Iinformation provided by you to us will be kept private and confidential as far as possible. We will not knowingly allow access to this information.

EverestForex.com reserves the right to exclude Users from the Platform by removing/deleting the account of the User and by blocking a new registration.
Articles, texts and images as well as their arrangement are copyrighted. Users are allowed to make use of the contents of the Platform only for their own personal use; With regard to all videos on the Platform, Users are not allowed to download them. Without written permission from EverestForex.com, the User is not allowed to circulate, present, make publicly accessible, publish or link to this content.
The liability of EverestForex.com for damages caused by the use of the Platform's services and offers, e.g. by downloading, installing and using software and data files, is limited to intent or gross negligence. It is the responsibility of the User to independently check data for viruses and suchlike.
If the Platform refers to another website, e.g. by placing a link to the respective website, only the respective operator/author of that website is responsible for the content on that website. In no way, EverestForex.com is responsible for or has any influence on the content of the respective website the Platform is linking to. EverestForex.com explicitly dissociates itself from any illegal, personally harmful, immoral, ethically objectionable or in other way inadmissible content, and cannot be held accountable for such content. If a User notices any kind of such unsuitable content on a website the Platform is linking to, the User shall inform EverestForex.com immediately. If the content of the respective website is then deemed unsuitable by us, the link to that website will be removed immediately.
In case of any legal concerns regarding EverestForex.com or specific contents on www.EverestForex.com, please send an informal email to info@EverestForex.com. By sending such email, any claims for compensation of the person issuing the warning become null and void.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions.
At any time, EverestForex.com has the right to transfer all or parts of their services to a third party system. If such situation occurs, the User will be informed via the Platform .
